Full MVC Applications with Sinatra and DataMapper

Finally, all of the pieces are in place. If you've been following the series on Sinatra, you've been getting a bit of the picture at a time. Finally, all the pieces are there to create a full MVC application in Sinatra. Sinatra is used to orchestrate the whole thing and act as the controller, Haml is used for the views and DataMapper is used for the models.
