In the Rubygames database, there are multiple versions of the Rubygame gem designed for multiple platforms. Select the Rubygame version with the highest version number that is also for the mswin32 platform. Here, option 3 was selected.
Once the correct gem version is selected, the gem will download and install. This can take a few minutes so, again, be patient.
