  • Arcadia 0.9.2 - Arcadia is a Ruby IDE written in Ruby.  It uses the Tk toolkit, and supports most of the features you'd want from an IDE including a syntax highlighting editor and project/filesystem explorer.  Being written in Ruby, it's also cross-platform.  Arcadia will run on any platform with Ruby and Tk.  The 0.9.2 release is a bugfix release.
  • JRuby 1.5.5 - JRuby is a Ruby interpreter based on the Java VM.  It will run anywhere Java will, and is considered to be one of the best Ruby implementations out there.  It's also considered to be one of the fastest in some cases.  Version 1.5.5 is a bugfix release for version 1.5.3.
  • Nokogiri 1.4.4 - Nokogiri is a fast HTML and XML parser that, over the past few years, has become a de facto standard in the Ruby and Rails communities.  Version 1.4.4 gives multiple bugfixes and minor feature improvements.
