RubyGems 1.3.7 has been released. This is a small bugfix and feature enhancement release. There's no major differences between 1.3.6 and 1.3.7, but it's recommended that everyone upgrade.
To upgrade to the latest RubyGems, run:
$ gem update --system # you might need to be an administrator or root
